Beyonce is really taking advantage of the mild weather that has hit the big city. She and her newborn, Blue Ivy, were spotted for the second day in a row roaming the city. Did Little Blue snatch off one of mommies earrings? In other news, Beyonce appears to have a new security team unless Julius finally took a day off of work.
