Jay-Z to Headline Philadelphia Concert; Beyonce to Perform?

The NY Times is reporting that rapper Jay-Z will announce tomorrow morning that he will headline a two-day 28 act Budweiser Made In America music festival which will be held in Philadelphia at Fairmount Park. Tickets for the event, which will take place 9/1-9/2, go on sale May 23rd with a portion of the proceeds going to the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

It has yet to be announced who the 28-acts will be, however word is that it is not out the question that singer Beyonce might grace the stage.
